Our sessions are more than just a work out or a stretch. Yoga is for your mind and heart as much as it is for your physical body. You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week.
Private sessions provide a unique and tailored class to suit your needs and are the perfect way to start a new yoga practise, deepen your existing practise or address a particular weakness or injury.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The yoga session lasts between 45 and 90 min. and it will be tailored to suit your particular needs. If you are not sure what style you like, I will offer some options; typically the class will include pranayama (breathing exercises), active asana practice and relaxation and meditation (all depending on your interests). You will need a yoga mat.
HOW DOES IT GO
We always start with a phone consultation so we can make sure we are a good fit.
Next, we have an introductory session to assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.
From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.
