Yoga Class

It is always so much fun to practice with Ania. She is such a wonderful, patient and inspiring teacher and person. Her classes are excellent. She meets each student at his or her own level and knows exactly how to guide you to where you want to be.

I love Ania’s style, very calm and knowledgeable, she adapts to your availabilities and yoga level. She is one of the few yoga instructors that corrects you on a personal level and not “as part of the class”. This is invaluable as I want the reassurance that my poses are correct as I am learning! More over, she and her body are a testament of the good that practicing yoga does to you! Great inspiration to see it working!

Ania is a very good teacher. I had private classes with her, to help me start yoga practice. She also speaks French and that helped  me a lot. I definitely recommend her yoga sessions.

I’ve been practicing yoga with Ania and I’m happy with the progress I’ve made. My goal was to learn the basis and gain a bit more confidence before joining the public classes, so we started with the 5 weeks programme, that she has suggested. I learned the poses and the breathing exercises and she explained me how to use the props. I enjoyed the individual classes so I decided to continue the lessons more regularly and it’s been working out very good. She is professional, comes on time and I recommend Ania as a yoga teacher !
