7 weeks course

For those who are completely new to yoga as well as for those who already have their yoga practice but want to revisit their basis and deepen the practice. 

The course is dived into 7 sessions and it covers the basis of pranayama (breathing exercises), foundations of yoga asana (standing and seated poses, forward folds, backbends, inversions and balancing poses). Each session will close with relaxation and meditation. 

The course is based on Hatha Yoga lineage and it offers great introduction to philosophy, history and of course the practice of yoga. 

At the end of the 7 weeks you will learn the strong foundations which will allow you to safely progress in your yoga practice. 

The sessions are taught individually or in small group so you will get the most benefit from the course. 

Time and location will be agreed to suit your availability.
