This summer workshop focuses on hatha yoga elements

We will dive into the essence of “ha” (hot) and “tha” (cool) elements  of hatha yoga to explore both invigorating and calming asanas and to learn how to create a sense of balance and equanimity, so much needed during the urban summer season. 

This energising, yet balancing and cooling yoga session will help you get (and stay) fired up, motivated and active without feeling burned out, and will help to bring balance to your life both on and off the mat.

Open to all levels.
