My yoga journey began over a decade ago and slowly started to weave its way through my life. I didn’t start out as a professional Yoga Teacher. For years, I attended yoga sessions as a student, discovering various styles, teachers and yoga traditions, before I finally set off on the path of teaching yoga myself.
I continue practice yoga as a lifetime student. In my teachings, I draw from a number of styles and traditions, such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Yin Yoga; however I am particularly inspired by the philosophy and practices of the Hatha lineage.
I'm dedicated to bring you yoga lessons which will help you to restore physically and spiritually.
I’m certified by UK Yoga Alliance to teach asana, pranayama and meditation.
